XOC is the ExoSee protocol used for downloading XOC-Links that are located on the Web. An xoc-link is a link that has information about an existing file on the Internet. When you click an xoc-link, the information is automatically decrypted by the ExoSee client. When decrypting is complete, ExoSee knows the real location of the file. Finally downloading process is commenced. Link format : xoc://site.com/FC7A82ECXXXXX/filename... 'site.com' does NOT host the "filename", instead it has a crypted http-link that ONLY the user who created the xoc-link knows the real location of the file.
